On 16 November 2022 Airbnb will launch a new Host Recommendations Directory feature to connect hosts with local host-recommended service providers for things like cleaning, home maintenance, gardening, painting, and more.
All service providers in the directory must first be recommended by a Host with at least one listing—and who has used their services. You can contact a service provider directly using the phone number or email address of the provider in the directory.

Airbnb won't charge hosts service providers to use or be listed in the directory the Host Recommendations Directory.
Finding a local service provider
Imagine you need a gardener or a painter for your home but you don’t know any – or even who to ask to recommend one:
- Go to the Host Recommendations Directory (not available yet, will be activated on November 16, 2022)
- The local Host-recommended service providers display within the map
- Use the filter to select the specific services you need
- Contact a provider directly using the information displayed
