Unable to decline - error "must send a message 30 characters long"

Some hosts complain they are not able to decline a reservation request with an error "must send a message 30 characters long" but if they put a 30 characters long decline reason declining still fails.

Solution: This is a bug of Airbnb app. Reinstalling the app fixes the issue.
