Change the setting for the Service fee

Airbnb has 2 different fee structures for stays: a split-fee and a Host-only fee

1. Simplified pricing — Airbnb will deduct 15% from each payout. Guests won’t be charged a service fee — the price you set is the price guests get.
2. Split-fee pricing — Airbnb will deduct 3% from each payout and add 14.2% to the nightly price. Guests will pay a higher price than you set.

Some hosts prefer to change the service fee model to split the service fee with the guests or the opposite, but cannot find from where to change it.
