Reason: Due to seriousness and uncertainty of the situation Airbnb update their compliance standards. In accordance with the new standards Airbnb may temporarily suspend listings with detected keywords related to Covid-19 pandemic that contain references (in title, listing description) to COVID-19, coronavirus, quarantine etc.
Instruction how to reactivate deactivated Airbnb listing:
To reinstate your listing you need to remove all keywords like "COVID-19", "coronavirus" and "quarantine" for your listing title and description. Airbnb Trust and Safety will review your listing and reinstate within 48 hours.
Expert note: some hosts reported Airbnb review and reactivate listings in 1-2 hours after Covid keywords removal.
