If you're a host on Airbnb, you'll need to add a payout method in order to receive payment for reservations made on your listing. This is typically done through your Airbnb account settings – Go to Account > Payments & payouts > Payouts > Click Set up payouts (Add payout method, if you already have an existing payout method).
When adding a payout method, you'll need to provide the necessary information, such as your bank account or PayPal details.
Why my payout method is in Pending status?
Once you've added a payout method, Airbnb will verify it within 1-10 business days before they can process your payment. Before verification is completed the payout method shows under Pending status.
My guest is checking in soon but payout method is still Pending for verification
It's not a problem. Airbnb will hold the payout in the system and will transfer to you when your payout method gets verified.
