Airbnb’s Guest Referral Program has been closed, March 2021.

In April 2020 Airbnb users complained about referral credits not being correctly attributed to qualifying reservations, despite having successfully met all required criteria and visible as active under user account it is not showing up on the payment page.

The Airbnb referral program normally gave $25-55 in free travel credits to use towards first reservations if a new user signed up through a valid referral link from a friend. Credits automatically applied on the checkout page of a new reservation worth $75 USD or more, excluding fees and taxes.

Now, the minimum booking value has changed. Credits will not be applying if the reservation value is below $300 USD excluding fees and taxes. Your coupon amount depends on the cost of the stay, excluding taxes and guest fees.

Spend $300, get $15
