Sometimes hosts and guests agree on an additional fee for some services, like late checkout. After sending a money payment request via the Resolution center guests reply that they cannot see the request. Often this means the guest is using the app, not a computer. It's not obvious how to accept a payment request in the app.
How guests can find a payment request
- Hosts can advise their guest to check the email address associated with Airbnb account, there is email notification with the payment link.
- From a computer guests can check the Resolution center directly through this link https://www.airbnb.com/resolutions
- If the guest does not have a computer, from the app go to the conversation with the host in the Inbox > Details (top line) > scroll down to the Resolution center > tap Back button (lower-left corner)
